We had a fun, special and jolly meeting recently on 12th September 2020. The sergeant at arms read the club mission with an interesting opening tell about the importance of 300th meeting. On the occasion of 300th meeting many past presidents and gaviliers attended the meeting. All the Ex-gaveliers, guests and guardians participated with full zeal and zest in Table topics session, and question Answers session. The meeting was rejuvenating, refreshing and energizing. There was an amazing speech. There was a session conducted in which ex-gaveliers presented their memories, thoughts and ideas on Gavels club. There was a video clip made by some gaveliers showing the Journey of New Delhi Gavels Club from THEN to Now.
The theme of the meeting was Scary Clowns-Join at your own risk. The meeting was conducted creatively by TOASTMASTER Gourica and Gourang.

Best evaluator- Anvi
Best table topics speaker- Ex-gavilier Umica
Most effective role player- Prabhansh.
Speech and Evaluation
(5th January, 2020)
We had a captivating contest held in January where those who had completed their six speeches could participate in the speech contest and those who had completed their three speeches could participate in the evaluation contest. Rest could always come and enjoy the show as audience as when we have to learn we have to listen. This was a great learning experience for all of us, and we got a great exposure too.

Outdoor Meeting
We had an outdoor meeting at Talkatora garden. The meeting was rejuvenating, refreshing, re-energizing full smiles, giggles ,and laughter. The learning was never so easy. All gaveliers, guests and guardians participated with full zeal and zest. The outdoor meeting went extremely well. The theme of meeting "Fun in the Sun " was creatively presented by TOASTMASTER GOURICA AND AGRIMA.
